Camano Island Coffee Roasters' 8th Annual Holiday Gift Shop features over 40 local artists and artisans. Tour the roasting facility during the month of Nov. Free lattes will be offered as well. Tour days are Mon. and Wed.

Colin Lambert's sculptures range from large public works to intimate pieces for more personal settings. It is these personal pieces that will be featured at the gallery. Colin's classical simplicity and touching humanity results in memorable and meaningful sculptures you are sure to enjoy viewing.

Maren Metcalf works in 14kt. gold, brass and Argentium silver. Metcalf decorated her original pieces with fine semi-precious stones and artist-made lamp-worked beads in juicy colors.

"Small things," a group show featuring small, affordable works of art by some of the Northwest's best artists, including Georgia Gerber, Jeff Day, Sharon Spencer, Pete Jordan, Anne Belov and Francy Blumhagen.

Surface design encompasses the coloring, patterning and structuring of fiber and fabric. Included in the show will be wall art, art quilts, sculpture and wearables.

Discover how Tony reveals the extraordinary nature of landscapes in his realistic acrylic works. Brining a painterly sophistication to common images of boats, barns and backroads, the artist hopes viewers find a different way of looking at the familiar.

Whidbey Island Arts Council is sponsoring a poetry slam. Come join other poetically minded friends and family who will write and share poems using their own words as well as a few words suggested by the audience.

All who participate will receive prizes from Conductor of Fun, Jim Freeman's Shed of Shared Stuff. More importantly, Maureen and Leah offer a scrumptious menu.
