Our experience of life is dependent far more on our inner state than our outer circumstances - even in tough times. Once we recognize our default patterns, we can shift our state intentionally. This experiential evening will include somatic (embodied rather than conceptual) practices that build greater connection, ease, and creativity. Victoria Castle, Master Somatic Coach, works with Fortune 500 leaders. Her book, The Trance of Scarcity, has helped thousands trade in struggle for ease and abundance. Tim Morley, LMP and owner of Mystical Restoration, is an intuitive healer who works with clients to access their authentic expression.

Relationship Issues? Tried everything but still struggling? Come to this introductory evening and experience a unique and profound paradigm shift in how you approach your relationships.
Annika works from a simple but profound understanding of the psychological principles that govern human experience, so that you go to the core of what makes people tick. By understanding how experience happens in the moment, it gets easier to create the quality you want in your relationships.
In this seminar you will learn:
-How to be aware of your own states of mind that lead to healthy intimacy and connection, as well as those that get in the way of it
-How to communicate in a way that allows you and your partner to get on the same page, rather than compromise
-How to capitalize on your innate capacity for connection without all the hard work
The premise is that all people are innately healthy.
Have access to their own inner wisdom.
And can experience this fact through these principles.
All Three Principles Are Working Together In Every Moment To Give People A New Experience Of Life.
