Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to legal US residents, excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and legal residents of other countries who are 18 years or older. To enter, complete and send the online email form linked at www.WhidbeyCamanoIslands.com. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET on January 1, 2010 and will continue each quarter until notified. All online entries must be received before the end of each quarter in order to be eligible for the drawing that month. All email in entries must be postmarked by midnight on the last day of the quarter for that quarter's drawing. One entry per household regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries might cancel the entire submission by that person. Sponsors not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or illegible entries. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and notified by telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

All other expenses not included in prize description are sole responsibility of winner. Approximate retail value: $500. Trip must be taken by December 31, 2010. Subject to availability. Certain black-out days apply.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic request, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner of the Grand Prize must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that Sponsors may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, address, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and Sponsors shall have no liability of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
