Do you have what it takes to fully relax?

There ar plenty of places to do nothing here in the islands. If you find yourself overwhelmed by the number of places to do nothing, just pick one place to start with and sit there. Also, for a change of pace you can do something. Here are some suggestions for those wishing o do something:

  • shopping - exploring
  • dining - farm touring
  • antiquing - beach combing
  • kissing (someone you know) - whale-watching
  • reading - bird watching
  • writing - standing and looking at the view
  • napping - general sight seeing on the free bus
  • wine tasting - spa visiting
  • walking - roller skating
  • running - golfing
  • hiking - musseling
  • biking - running
  • painting - quilting
  • knitting - swimming
  • scub diving - dancing
  • art hunting - playing pool at a pub
  • bowling - going to a concert of live show
  • barbequeing - fishing

All of the said activites are deemed by the Whidbey and Camano Islands Relaxation Advisory Board to be moderate enough in levels of rigor to qualify as doing nothing and something simultaneously.
